Project Lockwood

Project Lockwood broke ground in early April 2024, facing challenges from persistent heavy rain and bad weather that delayed completion until mid-May. The client, preparing to sell her home, sought to address poor grading issues causing water pooling near the foundation while enhancing the property’s value.

We began by regrading the entire backyard and installing gravel swales along both sides of the house to ensure proper drainage. Once the groundwork was complete, we planted new cedar trees for privacy, added shrubs, and applied mulch to improve water absorption. The project was finished with lush sod throughout the backyard and stepping stones along both sides of the house, creating a functional and visually appealing outdoor space.
