Project Colter

The Colter Project, completed in July 2024, presented unique challenges due to limited site access. With steep slopes and narrow gates, our team completed the entire project without the use of machinery, relying solely on skill and precision.

Our client, an elderly homeowner, was experiencing difficulties navigating her yard due to the uneven terrain and mobility concerns. To address this, we constructed a custom retaining wall with a built-in garden bed, creating a level surface for easier lawn maintenance and a dedicated space for her plants.

Impressed with the results, the client chose to expand the project by adding matching Permacon stone borders to her other two garden beds. This final touch brought a cohesive, polished look to the yard, leaving the client delighted with the transformation.
