Our Lloydtown project, completed in early June 2024, showcased a thoughtful approach to both quality and budget. The client’s existing large deck was beginning to deteriorate, so we planned the work in three phases to align with their goals. In 2024, we completed phase 1, which included replacing key structural supports and renewing approximately one-third of the deck. The transformation was completed with stunning cedar decking, paired with the reinstallation of the existing glass railing for a sleek, modern, and clean finish. To top it off; we installed grey pvc latus along the bottom to keep animals out. This project perfectly blends functionality with timeless style. We look forward to completing phase 2 in 2025.
